To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食壽司, 如果食放題, 壽司只會係配角. 所以簡簡單單揾間主題壽司算.平日時間基本上不用排隊, 按飛之後, 下一位就是我的號碼. 用手機點餐, 叫左個新出的夏日之選, 冷烏冬, 甜蝦壽司, 火炙三文魚壽司, 芥辣八爪魚壽司, 炙燒辛辣三文魚腩壽司同埋炙燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳. 烏冬凍食都唔錯, 可能有沙津汁既關係, 越食越想食, 非常開胃. 壽司中, 我最鍾意食個燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳, 大大條, 啖啖肉, 口感同味道突出. 其他壽司不過不失. 不算是新鮮, 但對得起個價錢.
