To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某星期六黃昏，窩夫與蝦子餅駕車到大美督吃晚飯，很幸運等了一會便有咪錶位。再度光顧大美督規模最大、人氣最盛的餐廳「忠誠茶座泰國菜」。專一的蝦子餅差不多每次光顧都會點菠蘿海鮮炒飯，海鮮有青口、蝦、魷魚和魚，再加菠蘿粒、肉鬆和提子乾等，用料非常豐富。第一次試金勾醬炒豆角，很有驚喜，金勾醬十分惹味，下次會再吃，不用常常吃炒通菜。窩夫不吃辣，但也想挑戰青咖喱，青咖喱比黃咖喱香得多，辣度也可接受。點咖喱是因為要吃泰式焗薄餅，這裡的泰式焗薄餅跟平日的薄餅不同，比較像酥皮湯上的酥皮，焗得香脆，難怪非常受歡迎。
