To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次踩界去試嗰家餐廳，真係有驚喜咁。首先點咗個有機三色藜麥沙律，清新嘅綠色一上枱，個感覺已經好正🥗。啲蔬菜爽口得滯，藜麥帶嚟嗰種幼滑嘅質感，好夾！跟住上嘅紐西蘭肉眼扒就更加令人撲口水。五成熟果塊實在係腍得嚟又juicy，腌得嘅味道啱啱好，唔駁腳。扒邊嘅藜麥粟米蓉夠創意，試下新口味都唔錯呀。個羊架令人滿足到不得了，外面燒得啱啱好嘅焦香，入面仲保持住肉汁。啲肉香得嚟一啲都唔羶，好入味。意粉部分，雖然香蒜欖油虎蝦意粉啲醬汁比較少，不過虎蝦爽滑，有彈性，啱啱好嘅鹽香就已經好吸引。來到甜品，朱古力心太軟就真係有啲心太軟咗，朱古力流得太勁，但效果仲好，朱古力愛好者肯定會愛死佢！總括落嚟，呢餐飯食得好滿足，有開心嘅聚會，又有好味嘅食物，真係食在真味，記住長記味道底🍽️💕。
