To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次行咗入間食肆,飲食界嘅潛力股,真係一啖指定令你食指大動👍!餐牌上嗰沙薑豬手,肥瘦適中嘅口感,同埋沙薑味道撲鼻嘅香氣,真係令人回味無窮,個汁勁能開胃,我一邊食一邊讚好。再嚟嗰冰火魷魚,微辣得嚟唔單止惹味,仲清新得嚟帶勁,兩三下就整盤掃晒,真係正🌶️!台山薑蔥蠔就厚道啲,大隻爽口,雖然稍微鹹咗少少,但都係旺孖喇!雜菜煲、芥末牛柳粒呢啲小菜都幾得意,尤其係芥末牛柳,微微辣意,真係夠哂kick,不過豉油皇炒麵就有啲可惜,應該係運送途中搞到咁,無咗啲熱氣,希望下次可以改善啦!服務就真心唔錯,伙記細心周到,食物雖然嚟得慢咗啲,但都係值得等待嘅⏳!整體嚟講,勁喺個溫馨嘅氣氛之中大快朵頤,呢度嘅食物,真心推介俾大家,倘若你想找啲有quality嘅家常好菜,記住嚟試下呢度啦!👨‍🍳🍽️
