早前窩夫在港鐵香港大學站附近的「廿一由八」吃過午餐,印象很好。那次午餐點了自選全日早餐,「煎壓薯」最難忘。日前跟好友相約去吃晚餐。目光被牆上的一幅畫吸引了。Happy Friday邊喝邊聊,好友點了番石榴椰子水,顏色很美,番石榴味突出。愛桃的窩夫點了蜜桃茶,味道很好,冰塊融化後也不會太淡。雞肉蘇格蘭炸蛋以薄薄的一層免治雞肉包著溏心蛋來炸,免治雞肉混入大量洋蔥粒,增添了爽脆的口感。烤羊架配腐乳意式燉飯有兩件羊架,肉質鮮嫩,調味不錯,腐乳意式燉飯份量比預期多,腐乳汁鹹中帶甜,值得一試。法式多士是招牌菜之一,點了配搭新鮮的「咸甜小確幸」,鬆軟的法式多士上放了Ricotta芝士和巴馬火腿,加些蜂蜜,味道有驚喜,是好友全晚最喜歡的一道菜。壓軸甜品是波本香蕉,杯上有半條焦糖香蕉,雲呢拿雪糕下面的碧根脆脆有不同香脆口感,並散發淡淡酒香,是一個特別的甜品。
