今日M佬同我睇完Art Central之後,成個人都好似藝術家上身咁,我發覺我真係好有氣質囉!所以今日嚟到尖沙咀尖東原の味Naked,點都要食番餐又睇得又食得嘅晚餐,感受一次每一道佳餚都可以係一件藝術品!蓮藕脆片:作為前菜唔油膩仲帶點焦燶味。藕片仲有少少砂糖,食嘅時候,記住點埋松露沙津醬呀,細心感受吓,呢個醬混入咗少少wasabi同松露,實在係好高嘅層次。可唔可以要多碟呀?帆立貝冰菜沙律:帆立貝一向都係我的最愛,切到薄身,新鮮之餘仲好juicy,上面鋪上沙律菜,好靚呀!旁邊仲有冰菜,配上炸煙肉碎、豆腐同芝士,再加埋芝麻醬嘅麻香,好開胃呀!薰衣草枝豆:驟眼睇,以為係無乜特別嘅枝豆,但原來粒粒都充滿薰衣草嘅香味,真係越食越放鬆,M佬,我會唔會瞓著㗎?魚子醬迷你脆筒二重奏:賣相好cute呀!聽店員講,大廚用咗加拿大海膽同新鮮吞拿魚,再加魚子醬製成嘅脆筒,淨係聽都覺得係為咗我呢啲咁高貴嘅女士而設啦!海膽夠晒海水味,仲好清甜呀;而吞拿魚就夠晒綿,仲帶有七味粉嘅微辣。不過,魚子醬份量唔多,但都感受到魚子醬嘅鮮甜。押壽司卷物拼盤(芒果醬三文魚押壽司、紅葉頭汁牛油果蟹肉卷、赤蝦押壽司、黑松露劍魚腩押壽
