To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣不斷推出季節限定菜式，不少都有驚喜，例如鮮蝦蟹膏壽司，味道跟口感搭配十分完美，啖啖蝦肉塊口感彈糯，蟹膏鮮美，令人食完又想再食😋；胡麻醬蟹籽冷烏冬更是意想不到的好味，炎炎夏日食碗冷烏冬真是暑氣全消👍🏻平時不喜歡胡麻醬的我對這個搭配也是讚不絕口😆每次光顧都必點蔥香珍寶熟帆立貝，其紅洋蔥塊是精髓所在，帆立貝上撒些許鹽粒令整個壽司鮮味尤為突出🌝（如果師傅無落重手的話🌚）；另一必點的是炸雞翼，簡直比四季酒店的buffalo wings好吃幾倍🤭
