To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀真係好多好嘢食，見到網上推介小魚兒，訂座仲有折。就嚟試下.... 烤魚凌波魚$378👍🏻烤魚最平$308有交易，但我想食好啲所以叫咗最貴嗰隻烤魚「凌波魚」。真係唔腥，雖然有幾條骨，但係骨係比較大嘅，唔會陰陰濕濕哽親。肉質比較厚實，肥美，大大啖肉。雖然凌波魚係貴d，真係幾好食，魚好滑。條魚浸喺麻辣湯底，我怕會overcooked，所以建議條魚即刻食。爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花＋$18👍🏻由於我係鳳梨迷，所以加咗18蚊爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花bb辣。 bb辣食到最尾個口有少少麻，我覺得唔食得辣嘅朋友都可以接受。加咗鳳梨，鳳梨的酸甜可以中和辛辣感，食越開胃。烤魚配料有豆腐、青瓜、木耳、芽菜、仲有幾條寬粉。我哋再追加咗寬粉$28，及炸魚皮 $28。寬粉真係精髓，吸曬麻辣湯底啲汁，夠軟韌，真係多多都唔夠食。川式燒土豆片麻辣口味 $38可口可樂只有原味 $18
