Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到網上有不少好評，抱住一試心態。一開始叫了兩個小菜，椒鹽骨，及避風塘茄子。及後餐廳職員推介黃金煎蝦，幾分鐘後通知鹹蛋賣晒，建議改為豉油煎蝦，我同店員講再諗吓先，店員話老闆誠意推介豉油王煎蝦，既然老闆推介，就試吓囉….食物質素：椒鹽骨：肥肉很多，急凍肉味避風塘茄子：香口，味道不錯豉油王煎蝦：7隻中蝦 （$240），急凍蝦味，蝦肉黏殼，百分百中伏 😑😑餐廳環境：環境擠迫，比較嘈雜埋單2人$500 ，以餐廳環境及食物質素，性價比不足，冇下次！！
