Restaurant: ORO, Manhattan-Italian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家個時代發展到好多餐廳都好igable俾人打到好靚既卡, 呢一間餐廳真係我今年食過唯一淨係畀你打卡,唔係畀你享受食物嘅餐廳。因為實在見到呢間餐廳係ig鋪天蓋地嘅廣告同埋KOL 效應, 所以同朋友兩個星期前就book定滿心期待咁去,諗住又可以開拓一間中環新飯堂點知難忘既一夜就發生了服務方面:首先餐廳係嚴重人手不足, 我哋去到嗰一晚係fullhouse但只係見到4-5個frontstaff ,以致我地個晚大部分時間都係“叫天不應叫地不靈”而且好明顯大部分staff都係untrained, 所有收碟出菜嘅次序都同中高檔西餐廳有頗大差距。食物方面:叫左幾道所謂既signature dish, 但都感覺唔到正常意大利餐既質素首先講個包, 頭盤嘅麵包係意大利餐嘅靈魂所在,而oro提供既有兩粒,好似喺飛機餐上面食到嘅翻叮麵包咁, 如同嚼蠟。奇妙旅程去到第二度生牛肉他他,staff突登係你枱邊 將生牛肉搓成三粒牛肉球,誠意十足但係賣相同味道都欠奉 基本上好似完全冇經過調味再批一堆黑松露上去咁,係好純粹嘅生肉波波。今晚過山車體驗去到芝士輪螺絲個下就真正衝落去,staff 推咗成個芝士輪出嚟,又示意我哋

服務方面:

今晚過山車體驗去到芝士輪螺絲個下就真正衝落去,staff 推咗成個芝士輪出嚟,又示意我哋打卡,跟著整套玩火打卡既流程, 原本我哋都睇得好開心 。但係一食就出事,可能個位staff玩火玩得太興奮完全無量度到酒既份量,以致成個螺絲粉都係被酒精味完全蓋過,令我有經典meme"2 shot of vodka"既體驗


其餘嘅主菜海鮮意粉等,食物嘅質量都係比香港一般嘅意大利餐廳差,餐廳係食物方面真係有非常大既進步空間。

最後甜品係火焰雪山, 感覺呢間餐廳嘅路線就係 火•酒•igable

經過咗是晚嘅奇妙過山車體驗之後都係借餐廳既火 ,辣一辣醒自己等我回到現實世界。 而家新餐廳真係 百花齊放琳瑯滿目, 要顧及大家ig嘅需要之外,其實一間餐廳最基本最根源吸引到人嘅地方就係食物嘅本身


民以食為天但ig為後,希望餐廳不要本末倒置 成為一個只係供嬉戲打卡嘅娛樂場所
