To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗豚王拉麵🍜，試下佢哋嘅原味豚骨湯底拉麵，仲加咗隻溏心日本蛋，真係好正！湯底濃郁得嚟唔會太膩，仲帶住啲骨香，食落去好有滿足感。日本蛋仲係溏心，切開嗰陣流出嚟嘅蛋黃同拉麵一齊食，簡直係天作之合😍除咗原味，仲試咗佢哋嘅限定王—蕃茄湯拉麵，番茄湯酸酸甜甜好足料，食落去好清新，仲加咗一大塊紫菜同竹筍，好豐富！小食方面，我哋叫咗韭菜餃子🥟同炸豆腐。韭菜餃子皮薄餡靚，韭菜味好香，炸豆腐外脆內軟，好香口！飲品就嗌咗豚王金之麥茶，好清香。
