To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇嚟過，早兩日中午同同事一齊嚟。由於位置空間好逼好細，所以如非冇咩心水選擇都唔會嚟。因為之前已經出過事。飲佢個奶茶怪怪地，有種洗潔精味。轉咗檸茶都係一樣，然後一段時間唔敢再嚟。不過突然想飲中式湯，諗起呢間有送碗湯又可以嗌嘢飲，所以就揀咗嚟食。嗌餐嗰陣問佢有冇湯，但唔答我又唔理人。可能太耐冇嚟轉咗規矩已經唔再送湯。同事嗌咗豬軟骨飯，而我就豬軟骨烏冬。味道一般，算喺正常清淡，冇咩特別。但返到office大約一嗰鐘左右開始唔舒服。我就已經肚屙，廁所出嚟同事問我喺咪都覺得唔舒服。原來佢又喺，不過佢已經痾過但痾唔曬，佢話個肚拿住拿住唔舒服。好彩我食太飽嘔咗啲，如果唔喺痾完都仲肚痛。
