To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟觀塘駱駝漆大廈都要做定心理準備,因為部lift真係排晒長龍架!當然lunch time期間就更加恐怖,但為咗食好西,無懼嘅A姐一於接受等lift挑戰!今日目標就係駱駝漆大廈3座嘅慢煮屋。餐廳以日系風格同食物主打,賣相唔錯喎!慢煮火炙牛腹扒丼: lunch time時間唔長,本身仲驚慢煮嘅火炙牛腹扒丼嘅上枱時間會好耐,好彩都係等咗大約5分鐘,賣相仲要唔錯喎!身為飯桶嘅我,慢煮屋可以叫多飯呀!但點解上枱時一啲都唔覺得多咗飯嘅,至於牛肉雖然鋪滿成碗飯,但全部都好短身又薄切,份量真係一啲都唔多,重點係牛肉有啲韌,係完全咬唔開。講到最好味,應該係碗中嘅溫泉蛋喇!鮮菠蘿乳酸特飲: 無餐叫,呢支飲品要成$20,絕對係有啲太貴。味道方面,酸酸甜甜啦,杯入面仲要啲類似jelly嘅東西。
