To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到底佢啲壽司落咗幾多增味劑/味精/鈉？食咗6舊壽司，口渴咗一晚⋯最嬲係食火灸蟹捧壽司，完全圖文不符，條蟹柳又細又幼⋯另外，點個新出嘅明太子薯條，明太子醬竟然係分開上，仲要無明太子味⋯仲叫咗個炸生蠔，沙律醬又係另上，用隻小膠兜上⋯但隻生蠔放唔入個膠兜其實想我點食？我建議如果各位好鍾意食壽司，又覺得區內無咩壽司選擇，大家都可以改食去放題⋯唔洗等，又多食物選擇，人哋整啲壽司細細舊架咋，唔洗驚人哋俾大大舊飯食飽你，因為而家好多間放題都好高質，起碼開心過我今日又食得貴又唔好食⋯
