To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾去過其他分店飲茶,昨天專登行去這間最近屋企嘅分店試試下午茶質素。分店內不是太寬敞,因店鋪floor plan四正,食枱叫做放得整齊。現在星期六無咗下午茶全部點心以小點計算,相信因此無須排隊。蒸點心夠熱,薑醋上枱時仍在煲內滾動著。其實點心上枱時亦算排列整齊,不似其他一些分店在上蒸點心時已亂堆在一起。可是食客方面就有點恐怖……有個阿叔口罩只在頸,由店內比較入的位置,一直行出食店入口,途中經過好多食枱,對其他食客構成衛生威脅。亦有只一阿叔與同枱食客講野,不斷大大聲投訴該酒樓依樣嗰樣,都唔知佢到底想點,有不滿就直接搵伙記投訴啦,無謂影響其他食客用膳!
