最初 5 個人既晚餐,增加到 11 個,最後只得 8 個出席,真係風回路轉呀 ﹗波幅勁過股市啦 ﹗好采只係叫左個 6 人餐啫,唔係又浪費食物喇 ﹗依個 6 人餐都非常豐富,菜單、環境都好鬼上海 ﹗不過似乎唔多夠食,再加多 1 籠小籠包先,但最後結賬時發覺前後加左 2 籠呢,侍應姐姐搞錯左 ﹗即係前後共 3 籠小籠包,有 15 隻囉。無有怕 ﹗有我係度唔洗驚食唔晒。紅棗,餐前簡單小吃,清淡既甜味,幾好。無縐紋既紅棗好奇怪,哈哈。麵豉青豆牛展,好少見既小吃配搭,味道獨持。青豆有麵豉咸香,趙落爽脆濕潤,好味呢 ﹗牛展就大路,無咩特別。蘇浙湯包,個名都改得與別不同,即灌湯小籠包,其實做法同用料係咪有唔同呢?豬肉味香滿、滿瀉既湯汁鮮甜味美,包皮厚薄得宜,跟黑醋同吃,幾好味,雖然平凡,不過好滿意,食多幾隻先,呵呵呵。黑魚籽薰蛋,還以為係墨魚籽添,黑魚籽當然經貴好多啦。糖心蛋顏色賣相都一梳,煙薰味非常濃郁。一野成隻啪入口夠暢快,蛋黃味道較含蓄,要食到最後才散發淡淡甘香,可能因為煙薰味太濃及溫度太冰凍。奇怪地,完全食唔到魚籽既咸香鮮味囉。整體來說,煙薰味過嗆,若配上椒鹽就更能帶出蛋黃既甘香,不過都好好
