好耐都無去日本,好掛住日本的飛驒牛,就去左肉料理廣,食全飛驒牛,一行6人,成餐飯食左3個鐘,精彩絕倫,並無冷場,我地叫左2set 懷石料理,雖然要成千六蚊一客,但係餐廳主廚親自燒牛肉比你食,又介紹牛既唔同位置,食法,口感既分別,上左一堂,值回票價。另外再點左幾款牛肉,講真,當晚食過既牛既部位超多,6條友搶住食,都唔知食左邊個位。但係就先食左脂肪比較少既部位,最後食比較肥美既部位。牛魔王一定唔可以錯過。牛脷控一定要食厚切,口感一流。仲有,佢個醬汁做成mousse 狀,非常特别,放上肉上即溶。黑松露配生雞蛋醬汁牛肉,再一件牛肉配海膽和一口飯味道複雜然後搣走面頭塊皮,食裏面唔燶果D,又真係又有層次,好正。個海鮮牛肉湯又係一絕,好鮮甜,略為太小了。生牛肉海膽軍鑑,我無食,但朋友話好好食,我始終都係覺得牛肉要煮熟先可以食。大家都好鐘意食燒大葱,叫左前後4客,原來大廚教要燒燶哂,好好食。講真係日本都無食過咁正又咁豐富既懷石料理。
