To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一直覺得時代嘅沙嗲牛肉麵都唔錯另外仲有佢嘅瑞士雞翼撈麵都係喺疫情期間,曾經停業左一段時間見佢最近開返,特登去捧場就食返佢嘅沙嗲牛肉麵同埋瑞士雞翼撈麵沙嗲牛肉麵嚟到嘅時候我已經有預感佢唔好食因為睇得出個面質,係未煮透當食落口嘅時候,個感覺就係你用熱水浸熟啲面好似發脹左嘅感覺🤢🤢🤢呢個時候我都擔心緊個撈麵,終於佢嚟到喇一睇個麵已經知道唔會好食附上對比圖,之前嘅撈麵睇得出麵條彈牙,醬汁望落去亦都係滲透嘅但今次食嘅撈麵,同樣同沙嗲牛肉麵嘅問題一樣,都係似用熱水浸熟嘅連雞翼都係冇乜味道到底係轉左師傅,定係疫情期間,所以功夫生梳左呢定抑話真係時間嘅問題,所以煮唔透真係有啲失望,希望佢哋可以改善返圖一最近食圖二,之前食
