有時候都想吃得健康又營養均衡,其實可以試下上環蘇杭街Poking,一碗有齊蔬菜和蛋白質,烹調方式少油少鹹完全沒有負擔,要修身吃這個也很合適!餐廳不算大,約有6-8張枱和吧枱。一人一碗好滿足😋小編點了Creamy Baby,壽司飯&沙律菜。‼️除了這配搭亦可壽司飯、糙米飯、沙律菜 +$3、壽司飯&沙律菜、糙米飯&沙律菜、 藜麥粟米沙律+$15‼️Creamy Baby有三文魚、牛油果、雞蛋絲、豆腐、青瓜、蟹籽,木魚絲和脆炸蒜粒,配芥末乳酪沙律醬。份量超級多😍😍吃一碗已經很飽肚也沒有罪惡感。朋友點了Spicy Ahi Tuna有吞拿魚、枝豆、青瓜、芒果、青辣椒、芝麻碎和紫菜絲,配原辣醬油。一碗有齊刺身、水果和蔬菜真的很健康。餐牌如下。
