To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家香港真係好難搵到可以食「齋」嘅舖頭,最近同朋友難得黎到黃大仙,有機會食到!感覺地方環境都唔錯,人流唔算多,但都好舒服好寬闊!呢度嘅餐廳餐牌都好豐富,有好多唔同款式俾食客選擇!價錢唔算貴,而且仲唔洗加一服務費!好抵!主菜方面,我地叫咗「上古法齋煲」,可以話係雜錦煲!以上呢個煲有好多唔同嘅配菜,例如有冬茹、青菜、豆腐、豆卜、粉絲等!好新鮮好美味呀!仲非常醒胃添,份量亦很多!呢碟係齋鹵味,價錢一啲都唔貴!
