To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年出街食飯去得多,有時都想食得健康些少, 早排同朋友去Airside食飯,就係想試下養生四人套餐, 仲要有護膚品旅行套裝贈品,真係好啱同行女士。起初以為Airside不太就腳,原來就正正係啟德地鐵站上蓋,都幾方便。餐廳特別配製幾款特飲,包括了苦瓜荔枝特飲、青檸話梅梳打及芒果愛玉特飲。甜香的芒果當然最受歡迎,想健康一點,自己反而選了苦瓜。花雕醉雞選用了脾位,雞肉較多又嫩,酒香四溢,不錯。鎮江肴肉做得很地道,肉香滿滿,蘸點一下陳醋,味道更鮮。甜酸青瓜簾只削下青瓜皮,口感清新爽脆,尤其是甜甜酸酸的非常開胃。酸辣湯酸辣程度爆燈,呷上兩口已經頭皮發麻,但我鍾意。人蔘雞湯小籠包之前在深圳都吃過相近菜色,只不過是蝦餃換上了小籠包,湯與包都沒有問題,但個人始終覺得兩者有點格格不入,我寧願把小籠包蘸醋食,單純的喝人蔘湯。黑蒜淮山煨牛尾都有一段時間沒踫上黑蒜菜色了,牛尾甜甜地幾特別,用來伴白飯最好。淮山蘆筍炒魚片很欣賞沒有大多的玻璃芡,魚肉生熟度剛剛好,淮山亦爽甜。清炒蝦仁很清新爽口,蝦仁的味道突出。京蔥爆牛肉好香口,吃落有點豪邁的感覺,牛肉嫩滑,京蔥掛上了肉汁,又是不可錯過,加埋啤酒一流。宮保雞丁炒得
