To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食嘅每件嘢，都係驚喜不斷💫！Starter先來個竹炭包，咬落外皮脆卜卜，裏面又軟綿綿，真係話唔出嘅舒服。緊接羅勒香味蜂巢餅乾條，香口得嚟富有層次，食落令人一啖接一啖。法國雞胸，講真，以前食雞胸老實講會啖啖肉板，但今次件雞胸潤滑得嚟又爽彈，跟埋黑松露蕃茄汁，鮮甜得嚟有歷歷口感，日式年糕韌味都啱晒口。黎到甜品，宇治抹茶朱奶，提提個味，朱古力心太軟配雪糕就係深情厚意🍫🍨，朱古力味濃郁得嚟唔會過甜，真係幸福到不得了。今次一試，真係覺得心滿意足，食物質素好過預期，每樣都可以話係巧手做出嘅好滋味，食得出廚師心機大。下次仲想試埋其他嘅菜式，真係迫不及待喇！👍🍴😋
