To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過合興火鍋,回味無窮。今日收工已晏,就求其在大快活食個一人邊邊止止癮。 當然啦,價錢檔次完全是兩碼子事,比較兩者是不公平的。有人會將大家樂同大快活相比,普遍認為前者較優勝。 我無意比較兩者,只是想highlight今餐的幾個重點:1) 湯底: 早前出過的咸菜豬肚湯底我覺得還不錯,但今次已轉左做皮蛋芫茜同喇沙湯底兩款。我選了前者,幾足料,鍋仔細細都有3/4隻皮蛋,無投訴👍。食到尾時,呢啲煮到透的皮蛋 同烏冬出奇地夾。2)生料:蔬菜盆睇落幾豐富,但都是加工肉類為主。青菜有兩款,睇落尚算青綠但夾出嚟會睇到入面有啲位已變黃,以呢類預先包好的菜盆,在呢個鐘數,似乎都在所難免嘅😂。以前都有兩塊炸魚皮的,而家冇左。餃子是日式餃子,正常嘢無特別。我選了4安士穀飼肥牛。肥瘦相間,層次十分分明😂。 呢個價錢,無法要求太多。但我個人覺得大家樂的肥牛價錢相若約,但質素比大快活好,呢個是事實。另外加錢($5)要多份午餐肉 。4片半圓形,一吃十分後悔,應是梅林牌果種,味道十分之假,食左一塊就放棄。反而菜盆內的芝士腸對版,應該是金妹牌😂5)醬料:全部自助。應該是疫情關係,沒有自助調味站,除了火鍋醬油,其他如指

6)其他: 我想讚吓個飲品。柑桔梳打味道酸甜適中,仲細心地用了碎冰配合粗飲管,每啜一口都飲到碎冰,十分爽!

總評:肥牛有待改善。減少加工肉,換成粟米、豆卜同魚皮仲好。
