To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又喺一年一度嘅公司周年飯,雖然,今年嘅限額又再多啲,但啲自助餐價錢又再升啲,幸好老細俾嘅預算都算鬆,大部份五星酒店嘅自助晚餐都足夠應付。自從周年飯老細俾我哋放手搞「自己食自己」,無老細同枱,自然食得夠自由,夠輕鬆,經大家嘅篩選,定好晌Three on Canton大擦一餐(星期五晚,$628一位,另有78折)。環境方面就唔多着墨,總之地方幾大,裝修雅致,除自由組合嘅長枱外,又有啲中型6人圓枱,方便一家人圍埋坐,易啲傾偈。我哋被安排坐近窗口,落地大玻璃,廣東道街景一覽無遺。等同事拎完第一轉嘢食,就喺小弟出場做巡場嘅時間。初時入門口以為得一截長形食物區,原來,掘個彎仲有另一大截食物區,所以,整體食物嘅選擇十分之多。沙律、冷盤雖然最貴價嘅食物肯定喺近門口嘅凍海鮮,不過,見佢不時補充,現場食客斯文,無需要急住食。相反,要延長個戰鬥力,第一轉嘅沙律喺必不可少。6款沙律菜、10多款配料、4款醬汁整齊分區排列好;最有趣喺加插啲蘿蔔仔,又有好健康嘅黑豆、黎麥……等等健康食材。沙律拼少少冷盤切腸喺小弟嘅慣性頭盤,今次嘅亮點喺兩款蘿蔔仔,就咁食爽脆到不得了;而其他材料亦非常新鮮有質素,好似露筍、紅菜頭、巴

凍海鮮

雖然無生蠔,但一樣滿意佢哋嘅凍海鮮陣容:龍蝦、龍蝦仔、蟹脚 x 2、青口、甜蝦、翡翠螺,款款海鮮嘅供應都源源不絕。配檸檬角、雞尾酒汁都常見,加多埋紅酒醋及泰式汁少就有啲,更少有喺第一次見有咁多款「辣椒仔」

一大碟海鮮拼盤,樣樣執啲,唯獨龍蝦仔唔要,拆麻煩,肉又少。最爽喺大大件嘅龍蝦肉,又大大件嘅蟹腳,更爽嘅喺其中一款較大嘅蟹腳已批開殼,食用異常方便。款款海鮮都好鮮甜,肉質又爽,食完一口海水鮮味

日本嘢唔喺唔鍾意食,不過,無理由晌度食壽司㗎;而刺身見款式唔喺點特別,亦都無食;反而,冷麵中有一款梅味(粉紅色)喺幾想試,不過,食食吓忘記咗個梅味蕎麥麵!

熱盤食咗兩轉,第一轉喺個人嘅慣性心水「烤肉狂熱」,有燒羊架、南美烤牛肉配芒果莎莎、燒菠蘿、煎鵝肝配法包、煙肉焗蠔。個羊架超好食,軟腍又帶羊羶味,沾法式芥辣一流,煎鵝肝亦都好正,油潤甘香,燒菠蘿就特別清甜

因為都去到尾聲先食甜品,所以,原先見到有心水嘅都無咗,唯有眼見有咩啱食就拎,結果攞咗:意大利芝士餅、士多啤梨慕絲、熱情果啫喱、香蕉合桃麵包、朱古力布朗尼 、法式焦糖燉蛋 、麵包布甸、自家製手做朱古力及迷你馬卡龍。始終喺五星酒店,水準都唔失禮得去邊,概況而言,所試到嘅甜品都好好味,個人較鍾意熱情果啫喱、香蕉合桃麵包及朱古力粒,啫喱比較似中式嘅軟糕,好濃熱情果香,合桃麵包嘅香蕉味好濃郁,合桃好脆口,啲朱古力則非常柔滑、甘苦,唔會得個甜字,猶如食法國菜最後嘅法式小甜點(Petit Four)咁

依度唔興果汁汽水任飲,只包餐茶1杯。食甜品最夾都喺配一杯咖啡,小弟要咗一杯鮮奶咖啡,睇樣就知喺機沖貨色,不過,多數食自助餐嘅地方,就算酒店喺5星,都喺咁上下,千祈唔好抱太大期望。

(瑞士朱古力、雲呢嗱、士多啤梨、楓糖合桃及香蕉雪葩,而意大利奶凍就無晒,否則喺6球架)。一口氣食足5球自然超滿足,楓葉合桃及香蕉雪葩最好食,較特別,而朱古力亦都好香濃,再者,Movenpick嘅雪糕軟滑富奶香,口感細密,真喺有個滿意嘅結束

從網評而決定揀咗依度,食完之後都真喺覺得好唔錯,此外,貪佢可以食到10:00pm,等大定慢慢嘆(因為我哋標準收工時間晏)。服務方面,無咩太大問題,基本嘅收碟、添水、食物補充……都算做足。
