每次黎天后基本上都會黎食得好意間私房菜。聽說係一個富豪請番黎做既食店。菜式不是什麼鮑參翅肚,而係普通食材,用巧手烹調的巧手菜。座位不多約十枱座位,二三位待應。夏天到啦!就叫左個傳統冬瓜盅,黎消消暑。加上蟹肉更顯鮮甜。清新不油膩。大良鮮蝦蒸牛奶,坊間已經好少有,味道剛好,牛奶香滑,滑不溜口,正。豉油雞,出奇地好好味,夠入味又不老,肉質非常嫩滑。雞味濃,師父烹調得好到位。巧手順德煎釀鯪魚,功夫菜,先要將好多骨的鯪魚起骨,再讓入魚肉,刀功要夠好,先不會有骨,煎炸得夠脆口,正^_^手剁鹹魚蒸肉餅,又係心機野,一般食市都不會手剁,因為要時間同功夫,依家只會用機整。意個肉質嫩滑,咬落有口感,食時有層次,的確正!
