山長水遠嚟到大西北,當然唔係騎牛啦,已經約咗人去屯門市廣場食日本牛,天氣未夠涼去BBQ,嚟呢間食日本燒肉都一樣有秋意就住秋至主題,佢地都有二人餐提供首先嚟份胡麻豆腐,豆腐滑不溜口,一啲都唔啜喉,睇嚟係用咗靚黃豆餐廳仲送咗份沙律,蔬菜好爽脆,食材非常青翠跟住就食主角和牛喇,牛小排真係超級扯火,油脂不停滲出,烽火交煎,捺兩捺就熟,變成晶瑩透亮嘅和牛片,入口即化,牛香湧現。貝身肉係比較罕有嘅部位,脂肪比例較低,口感爽好多,同樣好快熟。胸腹肉好大份,油香豐富同肉質都嫩口,一煮熟就好容易撕開,放入口不得了食完牛,仲有豬同雞。豬肉係梅花肉,肥瘦比例好黃金,燒出嚟都好金黃,油香滿滿,但又好爽彈雞係雞爽肉,經過醃製,燒完好有醬香,口感好得意,勁多爽口位,唔似食緊雞肉咁,好好食除咗陸地家畜,仲有海鮮食𠻹!有兩隻好肥美嘅燒蠔,一隻係牛油蒜香生蠔,另一隻係芝士生蠔,燒到七分鐘反一反肉,拿捏好時間就唔會太乾,啖啖蒜香、芝香同海鮮香虎蝦嘅處理方法都好有趣,蝦身被切開放入蒜蓉,夾住蒜蓉咁燒熟蝦肉,蒜油香充斥每啖蝦肉,蝦肉十分豐厚嫩彈,連蝦頭都好香口。除咗肉仲有啲蔬菜燒,唧啲檸檬汁上去燒,冇咁乾又更加清爽食咗大量蛋
