就嚟冬至聖誕節啦,諗下點樣慶祝,我地會邀請親人朋友上嚟做節, 外賣盆菜係唔錯嘅選擇,唔洗諗太多,如果想食得矜貴啲,由鼎爺出品的「新春手工盆菜」, 淨係面頭幾款菜式,已經好吸睛,用料真係相當重本,而且好盆滿,非常豐富,食法方面建議配合鼎爺秘製上湯汁,真係越食越滋味。「新春手工盆菜」,賣點除咗是食材矜貴,就是阿爺手工菜式,而且每天新鮮製作,包括花膠釀雲吞、肉蓉釀海參、龍穿鳯凰翼及潮汕海蝦棗,真係相當精緻,少啲功夫都唔得,矜貴食材中包括原隻鮮鮑魚、一品大瑤柱及茄汁大虎蝦等。花膠釀雲吞手工相當考功夫,以花膠做雲吞皮,包住蝦滑拌豬肉的餡料,外形似足滿滿錢包,花膠厚薄剛剛好,非常軟淋煙韌,吸收曬盆菜嘅材料精華,而餡料同花膠相當夾, 真係好美味又養顏。肉蓉釀海參用上等的海皇刺參,再釀了墨魚滑,這樣配合相當有口感,刺參很鮮味, 配合鹹鹹哋嘅墨魚滑,特別又滋味。潮汕海蝦棗由原隻海蝦,製作到好似笑口棗咁,炸至金黃,建議不要放入湯汁太耐,保留入口酥脆,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,十分香口。盤菜真是十分豐富,其他菜餚包括阿爺靚豬腩、馳名醬油雞、千足金豬皮、天津大甘栗、發財炆支竹、荔甫靚芋頭、古法炆蓮藕、精選甜蘿蔔、包金黃芽
