法國菜比人印象除左貴之外,就係食得耐同份量少,雖然話食係一種享受要慢慢嘆,但慣左乜都快嘅香港人都好難適應。其實新派法國菜嘅節奏都比以前快左,Briketenia就係一間新派法國菜餐廳,佢保持左傳統法國菜嘅精緻,但出菜節奏會快返啲同份量亦好足,食完都唔會好空虛,重點係定價亦較為經濟,唔洗等到大時大節先捨得食。餐廳用左粉紅同淺金色做主調,帶啲輕奢少女風,座位都好鬆動闊落。晚市有套餐亦有散叫,套餐三百幾蚊包左前菜、主菜同餐茶,亦可以加錢加配甜品。落完單冇幾耐,侍應就送黎餐前麵包,麵包烘到外脆內軟,食時可以搽埋旁邊嘅鯷魚蛋黃醬食,帶少少酸味幾好食。雖然menu冇提到,但上前菜仲有哩道免費嘅餐前小食,係風乾火腿配哈蜜瓜多士,火腿油潤帶鹹香,配埋清甜蜜瓜絕對係perfect match。香煎帶子配柑橘沙律 - 沙律菜新鮮爽脆,中間都有幾多舊香橙同西柚,西柚唔會太澀,上面仲有兩粒帶子。法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋配田園沙律(跟餐加$48) - 哩個前菜好特別,因為佢將平時用黎當甜品嘅焦糖燉蛋加左鵝肝變成一道鹹點前菜。燉蛋因為加左鵝肝,所以口感同平時唔同,反而係帶啲篤肝半融口感,鵝肝味亦好出,但又唔會好似煎鵝肝咁
