To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間素食店,幾年前曾經同靚媽,試過OK仲吹鷄叫過,以前嘅所謂屋企人來食晚飯,見近來食得肉類太多,想話清清腸胃,11月19号就同靚媽舊地重遊,到此店食番餐素菜,當日合共點了三個素菜及一就個素湯,包括:菠蘿生根,八珍上素,双菇魚腐,及蓮藕,眉豆,腰菓湯,上述食品除咗個素湯,係叫做有C級評分,其餘3個全部都係D级水準,每樣餸嘅材料都係經過,拖水灼熟,然後放入鑊内,係咁意炒兩下就上碟,每樣餸都係白恰味道,真係食到口都淡埋,經此一餐呢間素食店,我寧願食生菓餐都吾會再幫襯佢,起碼食橙有橙味,食柑有柑味,就算食蕉都有蕉味吖,吾似呢間素食店D嘢,樣樣都係得白恰味。
