To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和媽媽第一次來這店。聽說流沙多士很好吃。這天午餐來這裡試試看。午市坐滿所以要等位子。拿了號碼等了差不多二十分鐘才叫到我們。侍應一個一個號碼叫但沒有記下來。另一個侍應又由頭再叫一次所以我們跟他說這些號碼已叫了。他馬上黑面駡我們說”俾D時間我處理好嗎？” 嘩，唔使咁嘅態度呀？你們沒有記錄好也不用罵客人。客人太多就請多些人吧。終於入坐了，坐位很迫，差不多是跟別人背對背坐。點了抄腸粉，流心多士和奶茶。味道不錯和出餐速度也快。但是如果一人吃流心多士會太多太甜。這是第一次來但下次不想再來了。花錢對住黑口黑面的侍應感覺不好受。
