To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘩啦！Cafe 103嘅Steiff Teddy熊仔下午茶，真係又可愛又好食！踏入餐廳，個環境好有Feel，眼前一片維港景色，心情即刻好番。茶點嚟喇，每款都靚靚哋，啖啖精緻得嚟，賣相就已經攞晒分👀✨。點到德國芝士蛋糕同雲尼拿慕絲杯，啖啖綿密，甜而不膩，真係食到心都暖笠笠🧁。熱朱古力滑到不得了，濃郁香滑，不會太甜，啱哂香港人口味😋。至於咸點部分，豬肩肉朱古力BBQ醬漢堡，真係有驚喜，嗰個醬料竟然同豬肉咁夾，咬落去肉汁四溢，香口得黎層次分明🍔。最後，當然要同餐廳嘅巨型啤啤熊影張相，整個午後咁滋味，心情都好曬😚🧸。Cafe 103你值得一試，寫意！食得開心，下次還要再黎！👍🎉🍴
