To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是一個在假日裡加班工作的早上，來到這一段茶餐廳林立，一個街口足有五六間茶餐廳的汝州街，隨便揀了一間入去食早餐。叫來一個愈來愈多茶餐廳有得吃的「薑絲牛肉麵 + 腸仔炒蛋 + 厚多士」早餐，加多杯「熱奶茶」做早餐。薑絲牛肉麵當然與同在深水埗區的名店「維記」的出品有距離，湯就不用提了，牛肉也是大路貨色，意想不到的是，這兒用的麵甚為軟滑，就像伊麵一樣，就幾好食。不過那炒蛋就不濟了，全無蛋汁，亦熟得只像厚蛋皮一樣，腸仔與厚多士也無甚好提。即使是那杯熱奶茶，水準也只是一般，比快餐店的出品好不了多少。至於服務方面，也許因為侍應都是上了年紀的阿姐關係，效率也不高，原本我的早餐的火腿也被聽錯了是腸仔，雖然我沒有要求更換，但服務方面就不能稱得上滿意了。
