To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都想試下譚仔早餐，但畢竟唔係間間有，出左成兩年都未食過。今日路經觀塘翠屏北商場，見到間譚仔有早餐賣，而且天氣又好凍，終於決定入去食下。今次叫左碗豬潤牛肉番茄湯米線跟熱鴛鴦（$37），並且係姐姐極力推薦下推薦下追加左塊雞排（$8）。本身以為早餐湯粉份量會少些，但出乎意料地D料都幾多，同午餐食果陣差不多。豬潤同牛肉都好嫩，冇臭腥味，鴛鴦好滑。最驚喜係塊雞排，本身上台過時又冇醬又冇汁，以為一定好油又中曬伏咁，點知咬落好脆，又唔乾，好正。最後食到暖笠笠，埋單都係45蚊，唔錯。
