香港有很多間扒房,但如果要兼有無敵靚海景,就一定要揀位於尖沙咀的扒房;從尖沙咀望向灣仔中環一帶的維港夜景,一向都較從香港望向九龍那邊吸引。唯一例外應該就是山頂的「37 Steakhouse & Bar」,可能是擁有最靚夜景的香港扒房。始終尖沙咀交通較為方便,今晚就揀了之前未試過的「Harbourside Grill」。原址上手是地獄廚神 Gordon Ramsay 在香港開設的扒房「maze Grill」。繼社會事件後、再出現疫情;去年年中, Gordon 決定結束香港業務,徹出香港。由於舖位始終位於尖沙咀高級商場、又座擁維港靚景,差不多立即被「Harbourside Grill」承租。同樣以扒房營運、甚至保留「maze Grill」的原有裝修,只做了簡單改動。餐廳位置實在太無敵,無論白天下午黃昏或晚上,唔同時段的景觀都係靚絶。對正中環灣仔的一邊設有兩排座位,一排是緊靠落地玻璃的二人座位,最啱情侶撐枱腳;第二排是四至五人圓枱,設有一組半弧形鮮棗紅色梳化,同樣適合情侶,可一邊用餐、一邊食正無敵靚景。用餐區盡頭轉角位置同樣擁有海景,望向港島中西區一帶;景觀稍為有所不及,所以僻作酒吧區。不過

用餐區盡頭轉角位置同樣擁有海景,望向港島中西區一帶;景觀稍為有所不及,所以僻作酒吧區。不過在黃昏時段的 happy hour 就最剎食,正好欣賞日落美景。

「Harbourside Grill」定位不是 fine dining,餐牌菜式選擇亦唔多,沒有貴價菜式或者海鮮冷盤。雖然是扒房,肉類款式選擇也不算多,甚至沒有餐湯,頭盤亦以冷盤為主。整體感覺餐廳想同時兼顧情侶及家庭 / 朋友聚會的客源;事實上,餐廳有 Kids menu,正好引證這一點推敲。

西餐必定先送上麵包籃。共有兩款,一款軟身,一款是硬身迷你法式長麵包;並奉上有鹽軟牛油。兩款麵包味道一般,麵包香氣唔夠。

見到 Kids menu - chicken nuggets and french fries ($78) 炸雞肉粒及薯條,即時聯想起「麥XX」;唔係有心貶低餐廳定位至美式快餐店,但賣相真是有點似,當然,始終較「麥XX」的兒童餐好看。炸雞肉粒亦較好味,肉汁較多、有雞味。

頭盤Seared scallop and Crispy Pork Belly ($218) 有香煎帶子及脆皮豬腩肉各兩塊。脆皮豬腩肉皮脆肉厚,有間花脂肪;唔似西班牙或葡式烤乳豬,更似廣東燒腩仔,不過味道真的幾好。

用焦糖化了的牛油將帶子煎至表面金黃香脆,內𥚃仍然嫰滑、爽口、鮮甜。咖喱椰菜花是這個頭盤的一個重點,作為調味很有創意。脆皮豬腩肉襯了一小顆咖喱椰菜花;香煎帶子表面則灑上了咖喱椰菜花碎,並伴上咖喱香味更明顯的椰菜花蓉。至於金葡萄乾及酸豆與帶子及豬腩肉就有點格格不入了。

Scottish smoked salmon and crab meat ($178) 的主角肯定是蘇格蘭煙三文魚捲配軟芝士醬,三文魚有淡淡煙燻香味,但唔夠明顯;可能唔想掩蓋淡芝士的味道吧?醃紅菜頭一向不是小編那杯茶,只淺嚐了一兩片。

另外配搭了熟蟹肉 tartare 蛋黃醬及Ossetra caviar。蟹肉雖然鮮甜,但份量少,味道未夠突出。 Ossetra caviar 在魚子醬中僅次於 Beluga,味道鹹香、有海水及鮮味,但放於熟鵪鶉蛋上面的幾粒 Ossetra caviar 份量實在太少、亦可能並非頂級貨色,鮮味的濃郁度與想像中有距離。

一家三口分享,揀了 Dry-aged T-Bone (1 kg) ($888)。本來餐牌上說明只准揀一本醬汁,可能因為揀了件巨形T-bone,侍應推薦了三款醬汁,分別係:bearnaise、bordelaise 及 five-peppercorn。Béarnaise sauce配料包括香草、牛油、蛋黃及白酒醋;bordelaise sauce 就用紅酒、牛骨、紅蔥頭及牛油熬出來。Five-peppercorn sauce 胡椒汁就不用多作介紹了。

上菜時 T-bone 已切件,見不到完件 T-bone 真身;但目測牛柳的一邊寬度都相當大,牛柳份量只少過西冷一些,可以歸入為Porterhouse。牛扒表層焦香熟透,肉心呈鮮嫩的粉紅色;又有足夠 resting 時間,牛扒吸回肉汁,餐碟上見不到殘留血水。即使 T-bone 厚度超過一吋,火喉控制得非常準確,五成熟 medium 剛剛好。諗起兩個星期前東涌 staycation 晚餐的那一件 Porterhouse,原本要求五成熟,但那間餐廳就烤到十成熟,高下立見。

Dry-aged 熟成加上明火燒烤,表層的焦香脆口更明顯;咀嚼下肉味濃郁,充滿肉汁。西冷那邊肉味更濃;牛柳那邊肉質就更鬆軟。無論配 Béarnaise sauce 或 bordelaise sauce 皆很美味;喜愛肉香、肉味濃的話不容錯過,就個人口味而言,略嫌少了一些油脂的鮮甜。

餐廳嘅signature甜品係蘋果撻,雖然餐牌建議為二人份量,但看見鄰桌的樣板實在太大份,四人分享也綽綽有餘。一向不喜歡浪費,所以揀了Mixed berries custard tart ($98)。雜莓撻包括Strawberry、cranberry、blueberry 及blackberry,四款莓的酸度、質感各有不同,但就很有夏天氣息,估唔到幾好味。

整體唔算突出,只以牛扒較優勝,頭盤及甜品就唔夠吸引。但坐擁的維港景色確實無敵,單單這一點已足以吸引很多客人。
