今日去鮨一食日本菜, 地點都好方便, 響西鐵站, 穿過一系列的高空天橋,往荃灣大會堂方向行到大壩街,都好易找到, 裝修以木色為主, 店員招呼好有禮貌, 我地先叫了五品刺身定食, 以為午餐先會有呢類抵食定食, 估唔到晚餐都有, 刺身包括帶子、三文魚、甜蝦、八爪魚、白身魚, 而且每款兩切, 好厚身, 尤其係三文魚超厚切呀, 帶子也好鮮甜都至係 $118, 非常新鮮呀! 定食還包了麵鼓湯, 沙律同前菜。沙律叫了蟹肉牛油果凱撒海律($78), 蟹肉及青瓜一絲絲的, 夾了牛油果粒和沙律醬食, 又滑又鮮, 沙律菜也好新鮮爽脆。另一款都係蟹, 如見餐廳有這款菜色, 我通常都會叫, 因好似去左外國食野咁, 就係甲羅燒 ($98)蟹蓋上的日本雞蛋, 非常大隻, 好黃初時以為會好腥, 但原來一啲都冇, 反而覺得好重蛋香味, 以前食會有個爐燒一燒, 但呢個黃太新鮮, 就咁撈埋啲蟹膏食, 令到更加滑, 好好味, 搽上焊過的方包, 好味。炸物方面, 叫了雞軟骨, 有嚼口, 脆卜卜; 吉列炸蝦$48 , 好鬆脆, 明太子雞翼 $42, 漲卜卜, 好彈牙, 外皮又脆又香。燒物叫了雞泡魚干, 這是我的至愛, 超鮮甜,
