Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帶着好大期望去試肉骨茶,我們兩人叫了一鍋星洲肉骨茶,先唔講好唔好食,一鍋湯入面得三條骨,會唔會少咗啲?好肯定唔係新鮮嘅排骨,每人吃了一條骨之後第三條已經唔想食了!另外叫了一個例牌娘惹雞煲,真係頂一聲,點知係西檸雞煲,成煲嘢酸酸甜甜,一啲娘惹風味都冇,最重要嘅就係啲雞完全唔新鮮,又係梅嘅!其實講味道就真係見仁見智,但係食材唔新鮮就完全接受唔到!餐廳真係要檢討吓。我唔明白點解餐廳會有300幾個好味道,唔通係因為疫情而減低成本?
