同事介紹附近有間小店叫丼造,主打日式丼飯,味道唔錯值得一試,今日咁啱經開,買些回家試試!丼造主要係外賣,但店內亦有位置堂食,但座位不多。牛油果赤火丼:材料有三文魚、鯛魚、左口魚裙邊、牛油果、玉子和蟹籽。輕輕燒過嘅三文魚多咗一份香口感及油香, 完全入口即溶。火炙過嘅鯛魚味道層次更加豐富甜美。左口魚經過火炙處理,令魚肉外層口感緊緻而內𥚃則充滿油脂入口即溶。牛油果肉質細膩,玉子印有丼造二字,囗感軟滑帶甜味,仲有蟹籽,伴均勻壽司飯食好有口感。咖喱燒雞扒丼:原塊去骨雞扒燒至香噴噴,肉質嫩滑多汁。另上嘅咖喱汁香濃美味,內有薯仔,伴飯食好惹味。拖羅蓉軍艦壽司:有入口即溶的感覺,吞拿魚油香滿滿,鮮甜味道,吃得滿口餘香。
