CUBUS大廈內高級餐廳林立,上次係花貝試左個午餐定食都覺得質素好好,今次食埋晚市Omakase,果然冇令我失望,食材新鮮而且款式好岩口味,值得一試!$1488|1 PERSON-先付-前菜係海葡萄配醋水母,酸酸味道作開胃-三款刺身-平目魚邊、中拖配魚子醬、牡丹蝦-季節料理--一品料理-新鮮鮑魚、令和の怪物生蠔,加上青檸啫喱令生蠔更鮮甜,而口感creamy好味-酢物-海膽醬襯托炸金目鯛,有紫蘇葉作點綴-壽司八貫-金目鯛、深海池魚、石垣貝、富山白蝦、沙甸魚、赤鯥、魚鮫拖羅、北海道馬糞。最後有玉子燒作結尾,加左蝦而成,超濃郁蝦味。-湯--甘味-靜岡哈密瓜、抹茶蛋糕
