亨環這座食廈是天后的新地標,我繼續在這裏尋覓美食,這個下午選擇了「榊原」,吃了一頓CP值高的午餐。食材優質,我最欣賞斑馬瀨尿蝦。傳統木系裝潢,暖和舒適,中央就是一張廚師發辦餐桌,另外有一間房。午市餐單三款,我選擇了每位$668的廚師發辦,有16品包括刺身、壽司、和食、雲丹、卷物;另外兩款$538及$438的午餐主要是壽司。天賦 佳餚少不了美酒,與日本清酒是絕配,點了天賦,是14代的弟弟,味清甜,富米香,酒濃15度,適合中午。燉蛋水凝透亮,絲絲蟹肉,亦有蜆肉,幼滑味甜。墨魚.醬油漬.三文魚子墨魚肉質黏稠、對比卜脆的三文魚子,十分合拍。香箱蟹、蟹膏蟹籽.蟹醋豐腴甘香,無疑是極品,畫龍點睛是蟹醋。印尼斑馬瀨尿蝦亮點是蝦膏豐富,亦很有蝦香,相比菲律賓的斑馬瀨尿蝦肉質較腍更討好,非常好吃!鮟鱇魚乾新鮮蒸熟,極之軟滑超甜,配酸汁有助減膩,餘韻悠久。希魚.舞茸菇天婦羅已經適量加鹽調味,外脆內鮮甜,香脆不油膩。赤貝壽司爽甜,回甘甜美。骨膠原鯛魚壽司餵食骨膠原的鯛魚,色澤亮麗,有點透明感,入口有嚼勁。金鯛魚壽司炙燒過,留下焦香烙印,油香膨拜,與米飯融合於嘴內,實在太滋味。鰆魚壽司非常肥美,完全無筋,入口
