灣仔區一向不乏出色嘅食肆,就如今晚到圃鍋食火鍋,環境裝修都係無比舒適,而食物亦別緻,啱晒中意打邊爐嘅朋友。係先食火鍋之前,先有日式刺身,精緻地排列,魷魚爽甜,甚有口感; 油甘魚刺身油香味濃,赤魚刺身晶瑩剔透,幫大家開胃之後,就係時候食主菜。選擇左鴛鴦麻辣豬骨鍋,麻辣湯底中有豬紅等配料,加上好足份量嘅辣椒,啱晒愛辣之人; 而豬骨鍋則豬骨肉香味濃,放粟米蔬菜等配料就最啱。先有本地手切肥牛、宮崎和牛呢兩碟最啱愛牛之人嘅食材,前者因為質地較薄,係滾湯中滾半分鐘左右,就可以品嚐到薄嫩嘅口感; 而宮崎和牛,脂肪比例就非常平均,而且肉味較香濃,係麻辣湯中吸收當中嘅精華,確實非常味美。接著有清酒黑豚肉,先將豚肉點一點清酒,增加香味之餘,先至放落熱湯之中,品嚐爽口嘅豚肉之餘,肉質中嘅香味仲特別濃郁添。接著有自製手打丸,蝦丸、墨魚丸都打到起膠,而且真材實料,確實食到蝦肉、墨魚嘅味道,不錯不錯。而最後嘅蔬菜拚盤、蜂巢豆腐可以清下大家嘅味蕾,都係清新嘅選擇。
