一年四季都適合食火鍋,不過食材方面要揀得啱。夏日炎炎,椰青是最佳飲品,清熱又解渴。原來做火鍋湯底一樣好掂。半隻雞份量放入椰青湯底,建議煲煮6分鐘左右,又香又滑嘅雞,又鮮又甜嘅湯底,己經十分滿足。海鮮盤蟶子,鮑魚,魚,蝦,蠔蟶子非常鮮。鮑魚有嚼勁。魚肉滑溜。蝦隻彈牙鮮美。蠔肥美,爆膏。美國雪花肥牛肉質軟腍。鎮店水餃皇果然係鎮店之寶。餡料真材實料,飽滿,口感豐富。桂花糕,紫米糕是奉送的,不會太甜,好味。
