Being one of my favorite hotpot places, Hot Pot Land has been a monthly thing for me as my craving to hotpot could be crazy! Haha🤪It’s my first time in the Central store. This one is much bigger than the Sai Wan one, which makes it easier for us to reserve a table.


As always, we ordered their recommended Royal white soup. This soup was out of this world! I believe they used a lot of cream and milk for that heavenly taste!


Angus beef would be a must, I would say. They were juicy and tender, and when it’s soaked up in the soup, yum! We also ordered this beefball with lobster bisque🤤🤤 The beefball itself was chewy, and with the lava lobster bisque, it’s definitely one of the must-eats on the menu!!!❤️


We also got the cuttlefish paste with black truffle, and dried scallops paste. Both were chewy, and you could easily taste the sweetness from scallops and cuttlefish! 👍🏻


Lastly, the crispy beancurd rolls were incredibly crispy. As suggested, I dipped it into the soup for 3 seconds only, and it ended up being soggy on the outside while still being crispy on the inside 🤩 I could tell they must be freshly deep-fried, or else the whole thing would have turned into beancurd rolls in soup! 🤓


A free dessert was offered at the end of the meal! And I picked this Beancurd and Eggs sweet slush as always! It’s so good that I sometimes order a jar for my own 🙈
