To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城必定係大家香港人想食泰國菜嘅時候會嚟嘅區域,多年來都一直有高質抵食泰國菜,但我基本上每次都會選擇小曼谷!今日天氣凍凍地,竟然有室外位置坐,我地就當然揀室外坐啦,有feel d,同之後要返就唔會再有機會。我地今晚麻麻地餓,反而就想食d地道小食,於是就叫左冬陰功湯,炒芥蘭同串燒拼盤。個冬陰功湯有原隻虎蝦,味道濃郁又夠酸,喺呢個凍凍地嘅天氣食,就最岩!串燒拼盤其實都幾抵食,有齊雞全翼、燒臘腸、豬、牛、雞同雞腎。全部都燒得剛剛好,夠入味。但係食泰國嘢始終都好熱氣,所以點都想食返啲菜,平時我唔多鍾意食中式嘅芥蘭,但係去到泰國餐廳就覺得炒芥蘭特別好味,見到呢間有咸魚炒,就即刻叫咗。炒得清脆又唔會過油,好味!
