來九龍城食泰國菜,小曼谷都一定係心水選擇之一,菜式夠正宗又好味。今日食的係城南道分店,都幾多人,最好都提早訂位。餐廳門口的搶眼的黃色招牌係特式之一,在遠處就可以見到。餐廳入面環境裝修簡約,都以黃色為主,牆身係黃色,連餐具都係,配合主題,有心思。一坐低先叫咗兩個椰青,$37/個,新鮮即開,椰青水清甜可口,有淡淡的清澈香味,椰子肉夠嫩滑。香草辣椒炒河,牛肉,$69,材料豐富,有青椒,豆角,本菇等一齊炒,香味四溢,食落唔會太辣,河粉夠透明煙韌,有少少似啫喱的質感,入口爽滑,牛肉切片炒得入味,係必叫之選。蒜香辣椒炒大頭蝦,$178,用爆香的蒜蓉加辣椒一齊炒勁入味,有兩隻大大隻的大頭蝦開邊,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,鮮味中帶有少許辣度,味道富有層次,蝦頭仲有好多紅色的蝦膏,蝦味濃郁。明爐酸辣煎烏頭,$158, 煎過的烏頭會可以辟腥,紅色的湯底味道頗辣,香味撲鼻,魚肉食落又唔會過辣,反而嫩滑鮮甜,少少結實而又唔會鬆散,點住微辣的酸辣湯底食真係越食越滋味呀。
