早兩日見到世衛泰國官員講嘢咁威,就好想食下泰國菜。去開元朗,上網睇咗一睇,揾到依間薄荷葉,就去試一試。去到門口我打咗個答,以為係一間齋酒吧,問清楚之後原來真係泰國菜,咁我就坐低啦。呢間野裝修都幾得意,泰得來又有少少文青feel (我自己覺得),因為可能係有啲燈籠喺度釣釣下掛~咁去到一間酒吧裝潢嘅嘢點都望下有d乜嘢酒飲,我見佢有啲薄荷啤酒其實好想試,但係呢排唔飲得酒,所以唯有等下次。同個朋友分別就點左一個菠蘿特飲同埋椰青。唔知撞手神定係鋪頭嘅品質高,個椰青比喺出邊嘅飲到好飲好多。平時出邊啲椰青成日都勁淡,得浸青味冇乜甜味,啲肉又硬到抽筋刮極都刮唔到。不過呢間鋪頭嘅嘢青就10分掂!椰青水好飲,啲肉有易刮,仲要大大個,十分正!個菠蘿特飲隻杯好鬼高,有特色,個friend話幾特別,但係我就冇啜到,咁信佢係好野啦~咁今次就叫咗幾樣嘢食,分別係鹹魚炒椰菜苗,軟殼蟹咖喱配薄餅,同埋豬牛雞串燒。雖然嘢食品種唔多但係食完都好飽,分量足夠。講咗個炒椰苗先,原本以為個鹹魚配落去會怪怪地,但係廚師處理得十分之好,味道嘅平衡算係唔錯,之後我偷雞就咁食咗舊鹹魚,唔係得浸鹹味嗰啲,係有浸香味嘅,可能因為咁所以炒出嚟

個軟殼蟹即刻食係好脆既!但我自己衰,第二件放耐左少少浸耐左咖哩,所以淋咗啲,但係竟然比我發現到,佢索咗咖哩之後,外淋,但內脆,入口除咗仲有”shop”一聲之外,仲有香濃嘅咖喱味。呢一個感覺我都係第一次試。幾好。但如果你鍾意食勁趣嘅都係拎返出嚟會先可能會好d,但係keep住浸呢個食法,都值得試吓,有驚喜。上邊知茴香,阿姐過嚟提咗我好多次係有機的,建議我可以撈落去食~ 但我對茴香浸味一半半,所以無試(對唔住下姐)。

依個我覺得有啲驚喜。因為平時出邊食嗰啲串消,全部 un 之之細細粒,燒完出嚟通常有un 又鞋,但呢間餐廳嘅串燒,竟然燒完出嚟無論雞豬牛都係唔in 唔鞋有少少肉汁係入面。唔知佢用乜嘢方法少希望廚師教下我。

埋單正常500幾,唔可以講好平,但同朋友坐喺度吹水吹左好耐,兩個零鐘,佢都冇吹我走,都叫正常價錢啦。
