To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以人頭計的海鮮酒家,感覺無咁扼秤。今次係第二次來。餐前枱上小食是,糖芯皮蛋酸薑、鹽花生、酸青瓜(可是豐富!每位$10計)。七人可揀六款海鮮。豉椒蟶子,大隻、鮮甜、豉汁勁正!椒鹽賴尿蝦,上次整得過咸,今次就啱啱好,賴尿蝦肉好爽!白灼海螺,大家說好食,但我真係唔識欣賞。蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,無乜特別,都係好食既!清蒸海青斑,蒸的時間剛好,肉唔韌,難得難得。上湯e麵大蝦(e麵+$40),蝦真係好大隻,味道/口感同食龍蝦差唔多,可惜上湯好淡,白烚可能仲好食。雞油鹽焗奄仔蟹,原來可以用雞油咁整!?好香之外,蟹本身也好多膏,尤如大閘蟹,好好食!魚湯浸菜芯$68,好激氣!熟客同事之後同我講,海觧檔(i.e.琦旺)會送菜,和炒飯。但老公去揀海鮮時,阿叔無俾海鮮menu佢,無白紙黑字,此「優惠」,已沒法追究。p.s淨海鮮每位$250;加工費每位$90-$110;醬芥@$10、茶芥@$10
