To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已同朋友去過3、4次了,一個字"抵"。每次去食都必定叫一隻3斤多的龍蝦,一半上湯一半芝士,通常都送E底,個人喜好上湯好味好多。豉汁蒸聖子皇,聖子皇又大又鮮,豉汁非常好味。蒸海上鮮,有d約$200-$250斑好正。蒜蓉蒸扇貝,大大隻鮮甜美味。召鹽瀨尿蝦,一流。脆卜卜燒肉2碟。炒西蘭花及炒時菜。白飯可叫一碗或一窩。例湯2窩。氣水2-3個,啤酒3-4支。唯一就係唔就腳,有車方便但路橋費唔平,但平過去布袋澳食呀。每人消費約: $150-200
