To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚一行六人去左元氣食壽司、本來係件愉快既事件、食飽喇~大家拎起張單諗住計下總共食左幾多錢、然後除番6個人頭夾錢、點知唔計由自可、一計大家就把鬼火!!!!!~計出黎既總數係$14xx、 check番張單就發現有成十幾碟壽司order左但最後根本冇上過檯既都被計埋落張單裡面,好彩我地不嬲習慣出街食飯一定會影底美食既相片姐、今次就係靠呢幾張相同佢地拗咋、唔係真係有排嘈囉,,果十幾碟我地梗係除消埋唔要喇、個經理幫我地除消左之後,,我地再拎張單計過總數,,發現之前佢地計多左我地三百幾蚊囉、即係如果當初我地唔check就咁計左個總數夾番錢的話、我地就會被人呃左三百幾蚊囉... 成件事上面佢地一句"sorry~唔好意思都冇,,作為消費者真係好失望...
