好耐冇食過燒鵝,見得閒咪入去深井食啲出名嘅燒鵝。裕記依家貴價燒鵝太普通,所以揀左間平平地,一樣咁出名嘅陳記燒鵝,試下平野係咪都有正野,結果真係冇揀錯。第一道招牌菜係招牌燒鵝,薄薄脆脆嘅皮,鎖住濃濃嘅肉汁,嫩嫩嘅肉質就係構成完美燒鵝嘅材料,陳記作為主打燒鵝嘅餐廳,果然冇令我失望!唔洗多講,睇圖就知正。之後黎左個薑葱肉蟹煲,雖然唔係當造,但好明顯炒得好夠火喉,蟹肉都入哂味。好好食。之後上嘅蒸魚都做得唔錯,味道夠之餘魚質嫩滑。冬瓜盅好足料,好夠味,清涼解暑。糯米飯同腐乳通菜都係中上水平,不過不失。最後仲叫左個五頭網鮑扣鵝掌,喺酒樓食到啲咁高級嘅菜式,實屬難得。最後講下依間餐嘅服務。侍應點菜上菜時非常殷勤,不時幫我地倒水同問我地有乜需要,所以服務上我俾滿分!價錢黎講我地四個人食左大概一千五百蚊。以咁高質素嘅食物黎講算係物超所值。所以整體黎講我對今餐嘅評分係9分!
