To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個人食午餐,中午12點有一半枱無客,入去大把枱竟然被安排同亞伯搭枱,疫情時期已心感不安,而且更是送貨出入口位,起初以為之後多客也無奈接受,最後先知應該係我好蝦!人卡位嘅!待客雙重標準,好明顯係欺善怕惡啦!叫左排骨麵,湯好鹹,食完幾個小時也好口渴。熱奶茶應該係煲底水尾,微暖唔熱,喝完有大量茶葉渣在杯底,品質極差!進食期間,有客入餐廳也是叫人隨便揀位座,一個男人又可以座4人卡位嘅!待客雙重標準,好明顯係欺善怕惡啦!半小時食完離座,仍有三分一枱是無人座,仲要大部份客係一人一枱,怪不得太興在疫情初期,好多分店都有食客中招而要關門休息,大把位都要人搭枱,你哋員工有冇衛生安全意識㗎?什麼服務態度?價錢貴、味道差、食品質素低、安全風險低、待客如此,不會再幫襯!

叫左排骨麵,湯好鹹,食完幾個小時也好口渴。熱奶茶應該係煲底水尾,微暖唔熱,喝完有大量茶葉渣在杯底,品質極差!
